Tutoring Rates

Tutoring sessions are typically 50–60 minutes in length and may be conducted online or in person. In-home tutoring is available for an additional fee and may include travel time expenses.

When registering for tutoring, families commit to a semester of sessions. Session days and times are agreed upon at the beginning of the semester between the tutor and family. Tutoring may begin at any point during the semester, and returning families do not need to reapply each term.

Session Rates
Session rates begin at $75 per session, with pricing based on several factors, including:

• Level of academic support or intervention required

• Type of service (virtual instruction, targeted coursework support at a local library, or in-home tutoring)

• Lesson preparation and instructional intensity

A 3.75% processing and administrative fee is applied to all sessions.

Because tutoring needs vary, we encourage families to call or message us for a free estimate. Fees are determined by the level of support needed and the service location. In-home tutoring typically includes a travel fee.

Cancellation Policy
Tutoring sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.
