Tutoring Rates

•    Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length, generally twice a week. In some cases sessions are scheduled back-to back for a two-hour timeframe and will be conducted online or in-person.  We do tutor in private homes for an additional fee and/or travel time expenses.

•    When registering for tutoring, please know that you are committing to a semester of sessions. Scheduled sessions are agreed upon at the beginning of the semester for each tutor and family.  Tutoring sessions can be started after a semester has started.  You will not need to apply for each semester.

•    Session Rate: Sessions prices start at $75 per session and can vary based on multiple factors (ex. overseeing virtual instruction, targeted coursework assistance at a local library, in-home sessions with intensive lesson planning) + a 3.75% processing/administrative fee. There are many factors to consider when determining cost, so please call or message us for a free estimate. Fees are dependent on the level of intervention needed as well as the location of the service. In-home tutoring typically includes a travel fee.

•    Tutoring sessions must be canceled with at least 24-hour notice to avoid charges.
